Regional Development Australia Goldfields Esperance are pleased to announce the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 series of workshops which will focus on building capacity within our community. We believe in supporting leaders across the Goldfields Esperance region including local businesses, trades and not-for-profit organisations.

The workshops will be packed with useful tools, fresh ideas, and practical knowledge you can use straight away. By building on the skills and knowledge of local leaders, our goal is to see the Goldfields–Esperance region thrive socially and economically — now and into the future.

NOT-FOR-PROFIT GOVERNANCE TRAINING

RDA Goldfields Esperance are offering not-for-profit governance training in your region. This training is aimed at current and prospective Board/Committee Members of incorporated clubs and associations e.g. sports clubs, school boards/P&Fs, CRCs, grower groups, RBGs, aged care, child care etc.

We believe that building community capacity is crucial to the development of the Goldfields Esperance region. By investing in governance skillsets, we can empower our community members to take charge and drive positive change. We want to start a ripple effect leading to greater economic growth and a stronger sense of community for our region.
